Don’t fall for this dating site . It is a scam. Registration fee was paid by me followed by no service.Their customer service doesn’t exist and no refund results. To determine, look at the profiles and almost all profiles are similar. Chat with more people and conversations are similar.Same questions are repeated which makes our time waste and purchasing coins. Don’t waste your time like I and many others did!

This site feeds you, people who appeal to your selection, once you communicate with them on a free messaging basis, you lose contact, then you pay and their profile is no longer found. This has happened a number of times, I initially gave it just a fluke chance, but it has happened more than once, in addition, I have given my preference and repeatedly my box is filled with those outside of my preference. I have more than just an inkling this is the method of which they work. They should not be allowed to charge for their services because it is never up to par. Basically they sucker you in then charge you and want to keep charging you annually if you don’t cancel, it’s a gimmick.

I implore anyone contemplating using this site that you DO NOT. Terrible waste of money, it’s such a poorly run site. One of the worst I was ever on. So many fake profiles, many profiles with no photos. Most matches are too far away, ignores your criteria. Just a bad experience. DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE.

I was trying to get a refund after trying and looking for a day but no answer. I finally got a hold of someone who told me I have to ask Apple for the refund. I wanted to cancel because the clients they have are not the features I was looking for. I don’t want to insult but this is a site to distance yourself.

I signed up and then cancelled after I started receiving messages from age groups that I am not interested in. Also, some pictures I think were fake. Could not get ahold of customer service and so I tried to cancel online and then they extended out my membership (which was for a month) for 6 months. Don’t sign up. Creepy looking people. Think generally, that is is a scam. Contacting better business bureau today.

Don’t even go near as i was impressed at first but ended up seeing that it was a total waste of time and money!..

Don’t bother wasting your money on this site, you are better off looking for potential matches on popular sites. I made the mistake of trying something different due to my age but that was a big mistake and a waste of over $100. There are very, very few singles. I have a graduate degree and asked for individuals with a similar education but that didn’t happen and still doesn’t. I am trying to be careful here and not be condescending to other people and their background. It’s not what I am looking for and am not happy with wasting money on a site that definitely has false advertising.

Very disappointed with the new this website. There’s just not enough local members, and I live in Sydney city! The website needs a lot of improving as well, I don’t like how members can’t message me unless I come across their profile and read their message. It forces you to waste a lot of time searching, miss opportunities to connect and what bothers me the most is that members who I swipe NO on keep showing up again and again. They should have left this site the way it has always been. Also too many unattractive people on there, real lack of quality. Like other sites they should also allow you to validate your profile so you know which profiles aren’t fake, and being able to write a review on a persons profile would be a big help!

I have never visited their site and yet today I got an email from them saying ‘welcome to this site’ they also sent a support id and pw but, as I didn’t create the account, I can’t login to delete the account. I’ve written to them telling them to delete the ac NOW but nothing so far. Reputable companies confirm subscriptions before creating accounts but not this mob so I assume they either created it on purpose (so they are scammers) or some idiot put the wrong email address in and this site doesn’t confirm before creating accounts !

1 star is too much for this ite, you should be allowed to rate it the 0 stars it deserves. Read their privacy policy before you even think about signing up, what they can get away with is disgraceful, they should have to highlight their privacy policy in clear easy to see writing before tricking people to sign up. This is an awful app and an awful company, do not make the mistake that I did and read their privacy policy and then go to another dating app that doesn’t exploit their users information for revenue. Also avoid Badoo as they also own Badoo which is just as bad if not worse.

THIS APP IS A SCAM. I’ve used this site on and off for several years with no issue, but have never met anyone genuine — only men interested in hookups. As soon as I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a premium subscription, I was randomly and arbitrarily banned. I went over their guidelines repeatedly and had not broken any of them. I was kind and respectful. I represented myself authentically. I sent original messages. All of this in spite of the fact I often received suggestive and explicit messages from men and they did nothing about it. When I tried to ask WHY I was banned, they refused to say why — just took my money and refused to provide a refund. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human or customer service representative directly. They have absolutely no care for their customers and are clearly misogynistic despite proclaiming themselves to be a feminist app. RUN

This site is FULL of scammers and scammers. I can’t even count how many scam messages I have received. The only reason I haven’t deleted my account yet is because I undertake to report every scam / fraud message I receive.

The site is a waste of time and money as it contains mostly fake of dead profiles.

They just emailed me that they were able to locate my email address with my original account after I have sent them many emails. However, I have to register with a new account. I cannot re-gain the access to my original account, which I am very disappointed although they refund me the last payment and offered me a discount to a new subscription.

This is a great site. Just be careful there are alot of fake profile. Tons of people that play games on the good souls that are looking for a life time partner.

The functionality is awful, the membership is far less interesting than i’ve seen on other sites, and the system is incredibly slow and glitchy.

I had to go unsubscribe for each different topic very annoying you can’t just unsubscribe once. Very bad dating site.

While the site has a pretty hefty monthly fee if you don’t sign up for several months at once, it was able to put me in touch with significantly more women than I thought it would. I just got a 1 month subscription to try it out and already found a great girlfriend! I’m really happy with how it all worked out, and would suggest just giving a month a try if you’re on the fence

This is the biggest dating scam i have seen on the internet.it is a lot like those nigerian internet scams aimed at fleecing you of all your money.unlike most legit dating sites where you pay about 40 dollars a month and you have unlimited access to all the girls on the site with this scam you have to buy credits to talk with the girls and the credits are expensive so you end at racking up a bill of a few thousand dollars before you realize that you are being scammed.none of the girls exist and when you are chatting you are just talking to a paid actor who will try to keep you online for as long as posible to keep those credits that you bought ticking over.guys dont be so stupid believing this scam and i agree with all the other negative reviews that all the 5 star reviews are fake written by amolatinahave you notice that everytime a negative review appears here amolatina write about 3 o 4 five star reviews that all seem to be written on the same day to try and drown out the negative review.if that is not proof that the 5 star reviews are fake then i dont know what is and dont believe a word that the rep maria says when she responds to this review.if you try and send a private message to her o customer service about this scam they ignore you
